Hard disagree my friend. “Best payout casino” should be defined by actual RTP percentages on games + withdrawal speed + licensing/regulation. Bonuses are just marketing fluff to get you in the door, the real question is can you actually WIN and GET PAID without drama. I’d take a casino with no bonus but 98% RTP and instant payouts over some sketchy place offering 200% nonsticky with 85% RTP games any day of the week
