I can confirm BitStarz has issues. My withdrawal got stuck in limbo for no clear reason earlier this year. Customer service kept giving standard responses. Eventually got paid but took 2 weeks instead of the usual instant payout. Something definitely changed with their operations. WinShark much more reliable now.
