First of all, start with having a strict budget. What I do is that only on Saturdays I’m “allowed” to gamble. It sounds weird but the idea is just to keep myself in check. It’s not like I’m scratching my arms waiting for it to be Saturday again but more like a chill night activity that I can enjoy. Anyway, I make one deposit a week and then I try and find a big deposit bonus so I can enjoy the games for a longer time. I rarely win but it has happened sometimes but I always get to play all the new games and have fun.
