omg this happened to me at All British Casino too!! i deposited £50 thinking i’d get their 10% cashback on losses but when i tried to claim it they said i needed to have less than £10 in my account first. nowhere in the big print did it say that! support was useless, just kept pointing me to terms i never saw when signing up. anyone else had this problem with them??
