The whole verification thing is ridiculous SMH. I deposited 10 euros through Skrill in seconds but when I tried to withdraw 100+ euros they wanted my ID, passport, bank statement AND utility bill less than 3 months old. When I offered my driver’s license instead of bank statement they refused. This is how they trap you – easy to deposit, impossible to withdraw!
