The best advice I ever got was “take each day as it comes”. Don’t beat yourself up if you slip up. I’ve been struggling with gambling for 7 years and had many setbacks, but I’m in a much better place now than I was before. The last time I gambled was October 2023, and I’m proud of that progress. I just enjoy watching other play and read about the stuff 🙂
