Usually depends on where you’re based mate. If you’re in the UK, UKGC takes precedence for UK customers even if they also have MGA. But check the T&Cs some operators specify which jurisdiction governs different types of disputes. When in doubt, file with both can’t hurt to double up on your complaint.
