omg thank god someone posted this!! i lost $800 at sunny casino last month and when i tried to withdraw my remaining balance they kept asking for more and more documents. first it was id, then bank statement, then proof of address, then they wanted a selfie with my id, then they said my utility bill wasnt recent enough even though it was from like 3 weeks ago. took them almost 2 months to finally pay me out $200 and they claimed the rest was “bonus abuse” even though i followed all their stupid wagering requirements. these places are absolute vultures and they target us because they know canadian players have fewer legal options than americans or uk players. stay the hell away from sunny casino they will find every excuse in the book to steal your money.
