You’re both sort of proving the same point. The “environment” doesn’t change the RTP or shuffle, but it absolutely changes behavior, and behavior changes results over time. If a loud, crowded room makes you stay 3 extra hours and double your average bet, your long‑term losses are going to be bigger even though the odds never moved.
