some people say the support is terrible while others claim it’s amazing but my experience falls somewhere in the middle and I’ve noticed that timing seems to matter a lot when you contact them because sometimes they respond quickly and other times it takes forever which makes me think they’re either understaffed or have inconsistent training protocols. Betsafe problems aren’t uncommon apparently. support can be unresponsive. Old Skool Studios games rock. the game providers are trustworthy. despite the support issues, I still think there’s value here if you can work around the communication problems.
