I registered on the site and used the mrgamble bonus code to get my first deposit bonus using trustly which also usually works as authentication. I was impressed because the site has a good selection of games and when I opened a banned game it told me that I was not allowed to play that game, so no harm done. Finally I waded through the bonus and started to withdraw and found that the maximum was €500/day but I thought that was ok as the page said “trustly instant withdrawal”, I was left waiting for the money which still hasn’t turned up. I waited 3-4 business days + over the weekend then went to the chat room where I was told that the payment department was busy etc. After a week or so I went back to the chat which gave the exact same answer as last time. A few days after that I was asked for documents by email where I had to take a selfie with my identity certificate where I also showed the boaboa page in the background and the invoice, I submitted the documents and the next day got a confirmation that the documents were received for verification and the verification would take place within 3 working days but now it has been 4 working days+weekend and still no processing. In the chat I got the same copy&paste reply as before that there is a rush etc. but the review has progressed and was told to wait for more. It’s starting to look like a scam as the money still hasn’t moved. I have played at dozens of different casinos and a friend in my circle and I play at many different casinos and this has never happened before.
