Bob Casino is a mixed bag for me. The zero hassle withdrawals were great, especially using Mastercard, but the live chat service left much to be desired. I remember trying to get help and it felt like talking to a wall. Despite that, the overall experience was decent, but that chat service really needs improvement. Rating it a solid 3 out of 5 because the withdrawals were smooth.
