First impressions were positive, with plenty of payment options and a user-friendly layout. However, the inconsistent customer service hours became a real frustration over time. Depositing with Mastercard was easy, and I enjoyed playing Star Pops, but the unreliable support was a major letdown. What started as a promising experience lost some of its appeal as time went on.
