anyone else having trouble getting back into their account? i’ve been trying to access my Coinplay account locked for three days now with no luck. customer service is super-helpful when they’re actually available, but their inconsistent customer service hours make it hard to get help when i need it most. they’re always updating the site which is nice, but it sometimes causes login issues when i’m trying to play my favorite game, Dolphin Treasure. tried to process a withdrawal via Ripple yesterday but couldn’t even get that far—is anyone else experiencing similar problems or is it just me?
