support here is honestly one of the most responsive I’ve come across. there was this one time I needed help with understanding my detailed player stats, and they explained everything sooo thoroughly! but then, ugh, the inconvenient payment methods got in the way. Trustly was easy to deposit with, but overall, it just felt like the options weren’t flexible enough. still, I really appreciated how detailed and super helpful the support team was. so yeah, i’d say they shine in one area but have some serious room for improvement in another.
