Never thought I’d find myself writing this review. The platform has its moments of brilliance and frustration. Getting logged in is sometimes more challenging than winning at Kronos Unleashed (which I’m addicted to btw). Extra Spel slot selection actually surprised me with its variety. The rewards program keeps me coming back despite the annoying login issues. Sometimes I yeet my laptop across the room when it won’t let me in (jk obviously). Their customer service team tries their best to help. The platform definitely needs some work on the technical side. Having to reset my password every few days is getting old real fast. The games run smoothly once you’re actually in. Their loyalty rewards make the hassle somewhat worthwhile. The variety of slots keeps things interesting. When everything works, it’s actually pretty decent. Still can’t figure out why logging in is such a struggle. Would be perfect if they fixed these issues. But the rewards program makes up for most inconveniences.
