I had an issue with fraud 😟. first, there were way too many pop-ups, which was super annoying. when I finally tried to withdraw my winnings with Ethereum, things got sketchy. I contacted support, and although their safe play guides are clear, the response about the fraud concern was slow. they said they’d investigate but I felt left in the dark. I love the games by ELK Studios here, but the whole experience left a bad taste. finally got my money back, but it took forever. hoping they improve their security soon 🤞.
