ok so me and my buddy are arguing about this and its getting heated lol.

He’s swearing up and down you gotta be 21 no matter what to bet on sports in the US. But I swear I’ve seen stuff online about it being 18 in some spots. So what is it, how old do you have to be to sports bet SERIOUSLY? Like for real. I just wanna be able to throw a few bucks on the games without getting in trouble.

I’m looking at like Fanduel and Draftkings and they all seem to push 21+ but then I hear about states like Montana or Wyoming being 18? idk if thats even true. It’s all so confusing cuz every state has its own rules and it feels like they change every other day.

Makes no sense.

And is it just for online? Like can you walk into a casino at 18 in one state and 21 in another to place a bet at the sportsbook? My head is spinning trying to figure this all out. Some clear answers from ppl who actually know would be awesome.

Would be cool to hear what the deal is for ppl in the UK or Canada too. Is it just easier over there??
