bet365 would be my idea of a top rated bookmaker across the board too. They’re up there with the best odds, especially for football and horse racing. There are some bookmakers that people don’t use, but they are also good.

I would say SkyBet are the most overrated – their product is really good and easy to use, but the odds they offer are bad. The only good thing about SkyBet are the odds boosts when they do Evens for a shot on target etc, usually on the Saturday 12.30pm game in the Premier League. SBK are one that I really like when I’m betting on singles, such as a correct score or first goalscorer, because they are linked to the SMarkets Exchange, so you generally get better odds compared to most other apps.

All the traditional bookies, such as Betfred, William Hill, Paddy Power, Coral and Ladbrokes, have their perks but most people have used them before, so you need to start looking at some of the newer bookies like Midnite, SBK, LiveScoreBet and NetBet.

It all depends on what you are looking for. 10Bet are not people’s first choice, but they are actually the best value bookmaker on the whole, paying out at up to 97% on football markets.

Betfred is good for existing customer promotions, and William Hill are good if you like to bet in shops as well as online. With their Plus Card, you can cashout shop bets on the app, or use online funds to bet in one of their shops.

If anybody has any questions about any bookies, reply to this post and I will try and help.
