i have to say, this place is secure, which i totally appreciate. frumzi is a real money casino with solid licensing, so it’s definitely safe to use. but seriously, the live chat service? it’s awful. like, why even have it if it doesn’t work properly? getting answers was such a hassle, and when i finally did, they weren’t even helpful. it’s a shame because everything else felt so professional. wish they’d sort this out because it could make a huge difference. #FixYourChat
