Jackpots are always a big draw, and the variety here is pretty impressive. However, despite the excitement, dealing with an unresponsive user feedback system really took away from the experience. The cool community aspects are a great touch, but it’s hard to fully enjoy them when support doesn’t seem to listen. I’m hopeful that the jackpots will continue to be a highlight, but they really need to address the feedback issue to keep players happy.
