the withdrawals process dragged on longer than expected. using flexEpin was supposed to be easy, but it wasn’t. although the clear safe play guides are a plus, there just wasn’t enough information on the risks involved. i like to know what I’m getting into, and it felt like they were keeping me in the dark. they really need to improve how they present this stuff to players.
