i was really annoyed with the customer service here. had an issue with a withdrawal and it took forever to resolve. the site itself is nicely laid out, but it lags, which is frustrating. while they have a decent selection of games, the slow support is a big downside. the withdrawal process is tedious, not smooth at all. also, the bonuses have high wagering requirements. overall, not a great experience.
