so here’s the thing… thought I’d give it a shot because of the reload bonuses… sounded good at first. but then, the customer support experience was… let’s say, not the best. played The Legend of Big Foot for a bit, which was fun, but then ran into a “MrQ Casino withdrawal pending” issue. kept waiting and waiting… and with Visa, no less! so yeah… good bonuses, but they’ve gotta step up on the support side.
