Would like to start off by saying the customer service is quite well but there is a lot of flaws, to start with my expeirence I joined in November 2020 and was pulled in with the 500% bonus at the time I thought if I deposited $100 I would get to play with an additional $500 which is not true you have to play through $10, 000 using your own money to be able to get the bonus cash then once again wager the $500 never made it that far to start off they have it in the small terms explaining you have to do this but they know quite well that no body reads thoughs and that everyone thinks what I did that you would get to play with $600 then wager off of that so the first day I played through like $4200 I cant remember then I was determined to finish that by the next day when your offer is invalid which again isnt that advertised that you have 2 days to wager 10k so I login and have issues all day and I get an email saying that there would be some down time on the site which you mean all day? So I didnt even get to play the second day because the site was down which made me forfeit my bonus so I contacted support they said that “George” would look into this for me and I never heard back ever, so this is where this starts with Support, if you like to speak with support litterally everyday this is the casino for you, every single day I will receive an email saying sign in today and check out this game youll have free spins or sign in and there will be bonus money waiting for you so to be clear not once did this ever work every single day I sat on support for them to pass me around and tell me they would escalate it which it was fine at first but now I’m at like 6 bonuses I never received or never heard back from them about, so now to my current issue with depositing I made a deposit almost 2 weeks ago now and it is nowhere to be seen so I foolishly decided to try again today and what do you know? My deposit is lost in the works now and they said they will “look into it” which never happens Ive had chats with them where they said the person I was speaking with before “forgot” to escalate it. Deposit methods for Canadian players are a joke, withdrawl is even worse you can only do Visa and Bank transfer and when your bank doesnt allow International Transfer that can be an issue which is my issue. If your a Canadian Player I would honestly just stick with Playnow.com or OLG website better payout easier deposit and withdrawl less hassle and you can trust it these offshore casinos are taking advantage of us Canadian players knowing theres not much we can do.
