oh man, the technical issues were super annoying! i just wanted to enjoy my games, but every time something went wrong, I couldn’t rely on support to fix it. the real VIP perks are cool, but they lose their charm when you’re constantly dealing with glitches. depositing with EPS worked smoothly at least, but I wish their support could catch up. even playing Shuffle Master games wasn’t enough to distract from the frustration of waiting for help that never came.
