Sometimes the bonus terms aren’t very clear (which can be frustrating when you’re trying to understand the requirements). Had to contact support twice. They helped eventually. The VIP host was assigned to me after reaching a higher tier. This made a huge difference. My complaints were minimal compared to the benefits. Would recommend despite some issues.
