I was pretty surprised by how quickly I got connected to chat support! The delays in game updates were super frustrating though, especially when you’re just trying to have a good time. At least Trustly withdrawals came through fast. NucleonBet customer support definitely made up for some of the issues, but there’s room for improvement.
