You’d think a place with such great win rates would have top-notch customer support, but nope—not even close. I used Interac to deposit, and that part went smoothly, so at least they’ve got that right. The games themselves were fun and kept me entertained for hours. If only they’d put some effort into improving their support team, the whole experience would feel a lot better. Right now, it’s mostly fun but kinda frustrating when you need help.
