tried my luck last week and was having a good time. the live game video quality is super crisp and clear. i could see every detail on the roulette table. unfortunately had my payment declined at Queenplay when trying to add more funds. they changed their terms of service without proper notification. used Apple Pay for my initial deposit which worked fine. IGT games were running smoothly until that point. customer service wasn’t very helpful about the declined payment. they just kept referring me to the new terms. TOTALLY FRUSTRATED with the whole experience! might give them another chance if they improve communication. overall not the worst experience but definitely needs work on transparency.
