Getting my account locked was a nightmare! 🙁 I never expected to run into such a frustrating situation. The whole ordeal left me feeling pretty annoyed. On the bright side, their terms and conditions seemed fair enough. At least I didn’t feel like I was being scammed. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the issue. They explained the reason for the account lock. Apparently, it was a security measure triggered by unusual activity. Once we sorted that out, I could access my account again. Unfortunately, the game graphics were a letdown. :/ The visuals looked outdated and pixelated. I tried depositing with Interac, which was smooth. Casino Technology games were available, but not impressive. Overall, it was a mixed bag of experiences.
