i thought help support would be pretty standard, but it’s actually better than expected at 21.com (seriously, they’re always updating!) i had some privacy concerns at first (who doesn’t?), but it feels like they’re on top of things. after checking around, i feel a bit more comfortable with my data here than i did at first.
