Delayed withdrawal
I have been waiting for my withdrawals from SG Casino since 10–12 August 2025 (total amount: CZK 31,500)
I have submitted the following withdrawal requests from my verified account:
According to SGCasino’s own terms and conditions, withdrawals are processed within 3 business days from the day following the request (excluding weekends and public holidays). This deadline has now been exceeded for all of my requests, yet none of them have been approved or processed.
I have contacted their support several times via live chat and email asking for a specific processing date. Their responses have been repetitive and have provided no real progress, and in some cases they have simply ignored my questions.
This is a clear violation of their stated withdrawal policy and is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I strongly advise other players to avoid depositing here until they prove they can pay their customers on time!
