Spinia’s Finnish site gets a minus in places for the poor Finnish language. Deposit was easy and the game selection is good. However, the withdrawal process left a bad taste when documents were required that were not accepted even when they were already correct. The customer service was easy to communicate with, but it took several conversations and attempts to withdraw before the withdrawal was successful. On the plus side, withdrawals are processed quickly, in less than half an hour. The ease of making deposits, the speed of processing withdrawals and the good choice of games were all good, but the Finnish language could be improved, the lack of Finnish customer service and the need to discuss the content of the documents required for withdrawals with customer service, i.e. information on the documents required could be clearer.
