I made my first deposit (100e+200bonus) to sven where I got the bonus normally after which I played normally it went so funny that I got through the wagering I was left with over 5k after the wagering. I put the documents in the mail and the next day when I went to check my account I noticed that over 3500e had disappeared from my account.

I went to Aspa to ask about the situation and they invoked the MGA lisess (“3520,63 eur less balance regarding T&C 63.4 A player with only 1 deposit may withdraw up to 15x the original deposit amount. All other winnings will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request.”)

I hadn’t even made any withdrawal requests yet and they went to remove the extra contribution.

I therefore complained directly to Risk, which I believe is the casino in question.
