Getting my account locked was a huge hassle 😫! I love that support is available any time you need, which was a lifesaver 🛟, but the site design? Way too overwhelming for me 🌀. It made the whole experience pretty frustrating to deal with daily. After spending some time, I’ve gotten a bit used to it, but that initial struggle was real 💥. All in all, it’s a mixed bag, but I’m glad help’s there when things go sideways!
