Registration was a hassle for both me and my friend. The confirmation message did not arrive and support support via email had to request it.

After a couple of days of waiting, I tried to claim my first deposit bonus, but the deposit did not go through trustly, and the reason was not clear (never happened at any casino). My friend managed to deposit, but the first deposit bonus had to be requested again separately via support. I can’t say anything about the withdrawal as I didn’t see much winnings.
