when i first tried yugibet, the rewards system seemed intriguing. the live play was super smooth, which was a major plus IMO. however, things went downhill with the customer service; they were really poor at handling issues. i decided to withdraw using Skrill after winning on Book of 99. the process was somewhat straightforward, but the lack of customer support soured the experience. after spending more time on the platform, my opinion became more mixed. while yugibet rewards are attractive and live play is enjoyable, the inadequate customer service can’t be ignored. overall, it’s decent for live play but be prepared for some frustrating moments.
