When making an account for Zulabet I somehow managed to create two accounts on top of each other. Both through different channels. It took two hours with aspa to adjust and I deleted cookies etc several times when they tried to fix it. always after deletion the situation had to be explained again when different aspa person on the end of the line. I don’t know if that’s standard practice but it was annoying. after two hours of wrangling they just said sorry you can’t play for us. They put the money back. Came back in a couple of days. Be careful when you create an account that you don’t somehow manage to make two on top of each other.
