I thought it would be the same as other sites, but I quickly realized that Rooli Casino reviews complaints actually had a point. the rewards program is fantastic, giving you plenty of perks, but their support team? not so much. I used Payz to deposit, which was simple, but the unresponsive support really stood out. still, I loved playing Big Time Gaming’s slots. so yeah, the rewards are worth it, but they’ve got some work to do on the support side.
