Loved playing Fire Joker Freeze, really made the session worthwhile. Sadly, when I had a question, support wasn’t helpful at all, and it was frustrating. I wish they’d match the quality of their games with better customer service. The whole experience left me wanting more from them in terms of responsiveness.
