the vip perks here are definitely real, but the customer support could use some serious improvement. tried out Moon Festival, and while the game was enjoyable, dealing with support was frustrating. payout times are decent, especially when using Ripple, but the overall experience would be much better with higher-quality customer service. #mixedfeelings.
