fortune panda’s customer support is seriously top-notch. they’re always there when you need them, which is incredibly reassuring. however, the frequent disconnections are a major buzzkill. it’s super frustrating when you’re in the middle of a game and suddenly get booted out. i’ve spent way too much time staring at the Fortune Panda pending screen, waiting for my game to reconnect. on the bright side, their slots selection is pretty solid. i particularly enjoy playing captain xeno’s earth adventure – it’s a fun little game with cool graphics. but man, those disconnections really test my patience sometimes. despite the technical issues, the responsive support team does make up for it a bit. they’re always quick to help when things go south. still, i can’t help but wish they’d fix the connection problems once and for all. it would make the whole experience so much more enjoyable.
