Feeling pretty frustrated with my experience here lately, especially since my Bofcasino account locked without any clear explanation from support. The platform itself is simple to navigate which I appreciated initially, but then they went ahead and changed their terms of service mid-way through my membership like it’s some kind of TikTok trend where rules just shift overnight. This feels wrong. Their customer service response has been slower than dial-up internet, another throwback trend nobody asked for. Really hoping they can sort this mess out and provide better communication going forward.
