at first, I wasn’t sure what to expect here. the support team seemed promising since everyone says their customer service is helpful. But then I tried their live chat…and wow, it was useless. Visa deposits worked fine, so no drama there. the weird part is, how can the same support team be both great and terrible at the same time? it’s almost like they’re two different teams. Maybe I missed something? maybe they’re just having a bad day? i don’t know, but it’s left me scratching my head. will things improve next time?
