Dealing with an unresponsive user feedback system can be really frustrating, especially when you’re facing issues and need help. The fast cashouts were a plus, but it didn’t make up for the lack of support when I was playing Easter Eggs. There’s potential here, but they need to seriously improve their help system to match the quality of their cashouts.
