Man, what a bummer. Signed up thinking this was gonna be awesome, but then bam, limited account issues right off the bat. Customer service? Inconsistent as heck, with hours all over the place. But hey, at least their safe play guides are clear, even if I can’t reach them half the time. Maybe next time they’ll get their act together.
