support was really responsive, which was nice to see. 🙂 finding the best game at mr jack vegas took some time, especially since the account verification seemed to drag on forever. :/ even with Mastercard for withdrawals, it didn’t speed things up much. once you’re finally set up, though, the experience does get better, just wish it didn’t take so long to get there.
