recently gave this place a shot and had some mixed feelings about the whole thing SlottoJAM Casino withdrawals were actually pretty decent when using EcoPayz but dealing with customer support was like talking to a brick wall they take forever to respond when you need help the variety of payment options is actually impressive though shame about the support team being so unhelpful tried reaching out multiple times but got nowhere fast at least they offer plenty of ways to move your money around which is nice the withdrawal process works smoothly when you figure it out yourself response times from support are disappointing at best seems like they need more training or something still waiting for a reply from last week seriously considering looking elsewhere despite the good payment options they really need to step up their support game finally got my issue resolved but it took way too long
