Not getting paid on time is a deal-breaker for me. Smooth live play is awesome, but what’s the point if you can’t get your winnings? Zotabet not paying up is just frustrating, plus inconsistent customer service hours make it worse. Wouldn’t recommend it unless they sort this out.
